VOLT is a volunteer program at Langara College that allows students to volunteer at events both on and off campus. Members of the program garner leadership skills, work experience, and new friends.
International students are given the opportunity to engage and learn more about their new communities.
This week’s podcast host is reporter Agazy Mengesha, who spoke to an international and domestic student to hear about their experiences when volunteering with the program.
