Researchers, advocates and medical professionals convened at the annual Spirit Plant Medicine Conference at UBC’s Buchanan Building on Nov. 4 and 5 to talk about the use of psychoactive plants and drugs as an alternative to conventional medicine in trauma, addiction and depression therapy.
