Unifor and Coast Mountain Bus Company talks continue
The city holds its breath as millions of commuters await the verdict.

Unifor National President, Jerry Dias and the rest of the board has come to a temporary agreement with CEO of TransLink, Kevin Desmond. A bus strike will not be imminent.
Reporter Steven Chang was in attendance at the press release with Unifor during their break in bargaining with Coast Mountain Bus Company.
Unifor National Jerry Dias said the negotiation will continue throughout the next three days. Dias said they are not here to fight, but to settle with an agreement. Bus drivers deserve better wages, breaks and the basic needs.
