Voice Radio Ep. 48 – Vet shortage impacts farms in British Columbia

The shortage of vets in the province has caused some farmers to look for alternatives when caring for their animals. Craig Daniell, chief executive officer for the BC SPCA said that the issue is only going to get worse. He said that the SPCA assists around 118,000 animals each year and many of these animals that come into there care come from the rural community.
