As the weather darkens and the temperature drops, most people tend to cozy up inside. It is also a challenging time of year academically as students wrap up their fall semester.
During this busy time, it is easy for students to fall out of their routines and build unhealthy habits.
There are many ways students can manage the increased stress that comes this time of year. Small changes in everyday activities can easily lead to a greater quality of life.
In this episode, we explore the different aspects that constitute a healthy physical lifestyle, with an emphasis on physical exercise, proper nutrition and healthy sleep habits.
